My party of 8 (6 adults 2 children) used Black Arrow Limo service in March 2018 to get from our Houston-Hobby hotel to the Port of Galveston both pre and post cruise. They were very organized, on-time, clean, friendly, and had a reasonable rate. I shopped around and found them to be very accommodating (provided booster seats for my kids) and responsive to my family’s needs/requests. Plus, no need to pre-pay! I highly recommend this car company. Omar and Jiovani were excellent!!

Excellent service!!!! Our driver was super nice and extremely attentive to details!! He took us to and from the port and vas very prompt and courteous!!! The Suburban was excellent for our family or 6!

We used Black Arrow for pre and post cruise transportation. This operation is Top Notch! Jiovani and his staff are true professionals from pick up to drop off. I will definitely use them and suggest anyone else flying to Houston do the same.

We just finished our annual Thanksgiving cruise from Galveston, and we contacted Jiovani with Black Arrow Limousine. Incredible service from beginning to end. We are extremely pleased with not only the vehicle, the the professionalism and communication from both the Owner and our driver Omar. Highly recommended. Omar (our driver) was incredible on both trips to/from the terminal. Plus, educated us about the city and towns during the commute. Great people and look forward to seeing them next year.
